I queried fate
Asking why I was
And a whim replied... For survival
I fragmented words and stories
And reformed them into poetry
Trying to battle destiny
All I wrote, I recite again
Anytime I stumble
And I walk again for the sake of my dreams
An arcane memory throbs and trickles
Each time I stare at the paths of fate
And I ask again, why I existed
In the lane of mystery, my memory strolls
And in the boulevard of a golden dream, it takes a nap
Again, I ask fate, why I was
A lost twinkle of reminiscence
And a traveller bird lost in the wandering clouds
The trails I follow, looking out for them
Naivety, I hope to conquer
As I aspire to soar high
But here I am,
getting intoxicated by smoke as it smoulders
from a place beyond the boundary of this galaxy
